"When somebody requests a favour from you, help them with it. You'll never know, sometimes a person could be asking you their last, final favour."
So yes, it's a really inspiring film, but I wondered why would they choose to produce a film as such? Rockin' on Heaven's Door tells me that sometimes goodbyes and farewells don't have to be sad. Ultimately, humans have to leave, and it's one's choice to be smiling leaving or crying. Make your time worthwhile. Do the things you wish to do, live the life you wish to live.
This songs really fits into the movie, during the emotional portions...
I absolutely love the little girl, Jeon Min Seo, in it. She's like the moodmaker d'aww. With that lovely eyesmile and her innocent smile. Then again, this movie will not be suitable for blockbusters lovers because they'll probably find that it's not worth it. IT'S TOTALLY A HONGKI FILM LOL. Multiple up-closed shots of that handsome chap sighs. /swooooooooooooons/ Totally loved the start where they filmed an action MV for him, I wished they would put that up on the net...
Then again, you could watch it. If you're a sucker for heartwarming films like this. It's worth the watch, inspires you to do good deeds while you still can and not be afraid to reach out to your goals. It shows that in every bad human, there's always a sad story which lies beneath. And about choosing the route that you really want, deep in your heart, so that there will be no regrets left. Nearing the end, it will probably bring you to tears. A lot.
Got the chance to watch The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones by courtesy of Siewkiang! Knew shit about this movie before I even stepped into the cinema. While volunteering to accompany SK to watch this, I thought "Mortal Instruments" sounded really familiar, but I couldn't piece the puzzle and thus, shoved the thought right to the back of my mind. Now I remember, chanced upon the 5/6 series of novels in Popular while hunting for my FYP journal materials kkkkk. So, I searched for the movie in the theatres and realised it was the Premiere (21/08) since the movie will only be released on 22nd August.
So I saw this poster while googling, and I found the guy with blue eyes to be really HOT. Like ya, HOT.
So I was worried I couldn't appreciate such fantasy movie. Boy, I was wrong. The only thing I absolutely HATE about such blockbusters and fantasy movies is that, I can NEVER, EVER digest the contents properly while watching it. I get so confused and try to think back step-by-step for clues and recap on the earlier scenes to as to try and understand the story lol. I sound much like an idiot, but yes, I digest reaaaaaal slowly. So books would be a great help to me in watching such films. I can never understand how producers and writers get such great imaginations for stories like this. Hence, I really appreciate their story-tellings. If you know where to buy imaginations and inspirations, please tell me. So, if you haven't watched it, here's one of the trailers...
"What's it really about her?" "She's different." Yes, Carly in The Mortal Instruments is INDEED different. If I were her, I'll probably faint at sight of demons and vampires and just commit suicide lol. How many girls out there, would be as brave as she is? Fantasy IS fantasy. I just cringe at every single battle scene and can never imagine for it to happen around me. It's just plain hell. How amazing is it for her not to go insane.
Back to the hottie, Jace...
Loved how he made his first appearance at the club, in that dark hood lol. So his blue eyes glows in the dark. Yeah, searched him up and he's Jamie Campbell Bower. Also, Twilight's Caius. But I'm not a fan of Twilight and Harry Potter ish movies so he didn't make an impression then. Now he did, hehehehehehehe. I love how they had the tinge of romance in the movie too. "So is this where you rip your shirt to tie around my wound as a bandage?" Yeah, I admit I'm a sucker for romance lol. But, I didn't like how it ended, and I don't believe that it's the truth. So I'll be waiting for its sequel which I heard is already in progress yay! I think I have this thing for Caucasians with exotic eyebrows like his, bright eyed and the weird smirk-smile. Because he reminds me of Drew Ryan Scott.
I can go on and on about how I've learnt more about him on Google, but I shall not, in case this gets waaaaaaay too long. For the guys, fret now, you can drool over Lily Collins and Isabelle Lightwood too, they REAAAAAL hot. Swear by on it totally. So I'll end it off here, and hit on those books soon! If you haven't watch it, you should, dear mundane.
I really love this movie! Laugh until peng hahahahaha. Glad I managed to watch it today hehe. Thanks guys. Even though we went to a really /vintage/ cinema lololol. But it was really awesome lol, so hilarious. The rifle raid was so familiar, cause we did it to our juniors too lmao.
Not to mention the actors were charming hahahahahaha, saw the charm in Sergeant Ong and Ken Chow again. And this time round, Lobang got even more handsome than before lolol, his pai kia face and everything. And I loved the song. Omg, wouldn't mind watching it over and over again, it'll probably never get boring. Maybe not, but yeah it's really fantastic. The filming was brilliant too, I kept wondering how Jack Neo managed to film some extreme parts.

Oh yes, this morning, I left house early to meet my lovables again. Waited for ALL the latecomers at a nearby coffeeshop, with a morning swollen face lol.
We're going back to NHHS to visit our teachers yayyyy. Met lots of teachers, like my cca ones, my class ones and all. Lol all of them said I'm looking more and more like a Korean, cause of my curly wurly, yet short hair.
One and only picture I took lol, I really suck at selfies!
Ahem, I mean... ah boys to men. Yep, so I caught this show just now. Prior to the movie, I knew near to nuts about it. Just knowing that it's probably gonna be nice and that it broke the local box-office record, beating the international James Bond's Skyfall in Singapore. Hiuuuuuuuuk. I was thinking, like that, it must be damn nice to watch.
Was contemplating if I should go for the movie actually, because I feel so broke lately and didn't want to waste a single cent anymore sobs. :'( But i decided to go for it, and didn't regret! The movie was definitely worth the money lol. It's so hilarious I couldn't take it anymore. Plus, I found the sergeant and the recruit kinda cute. So well, eye-candies plus humor, beat the money I had to lost anyway! Halfway through the movie, I really had the urge to pee, but I couldn't stop myself from laughing at those crazy jokes from the movie lol my bladder hurts so much.
But the ending was so abrupt. After watching the teaser for Part II, I feel like Part I has just been an two-hour long introduction to the show. Lawl. Nevertheless, still awesome! I got entertained so much my jaws hurt.
Anyway! Can't wait for Part II!!! It's gonna show on 7th February. Then, I'll be probably busy with event management zzz. But the whole hellish crap ends on 8th February!!! So then I can go watch the movie on 9th Feb or thereafter heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. And 9th February is my day! YAY. Great birthday present! Eye feast buahahahaha.
Didn't have time for swimming this week. Week full of work and expedition trainings! Just handled 2 days of 11-10 work back-to-back. Wooooh. Legs hurt like crap, especially the knees, and my shoulders had suffered too. Then I went for training ytd, with my monthly gift hahahaha. So I could barely survive, but I did anyway. And it felt really good, exercising and all.
Expendables 2 was good too. The cinema was too cold.
My day summarised with a picture of my food plate at Carnivore buffet today.
I like the veggies more than the meat. Watched Dictator thereafter. Was mad funny lol, all the dirty jokes. Are we giving birth to a male, or is it abortion? Lmao. Then I got deemed as a girl who's not innocent. ._.
Work has been fun, I love the people I'm working with. Plus i've been seeing a lot of faces. Wow. It's interesting.
There's news about Lollipop coming btw. It's been years, I'm excited!!!
Off day today and we watched "I Am Number Four". It was awesome, I don't know why I read some bad reviews about it being boring, seriously? Hot hunks, hot chics, cool storyline. What more can you ask for? Love it totally. I hate falling in love.
Honestly, I don't watch harry potter. I mean I've watched the first few, and always knocked out halfway.
But then, this season was cool ^^ Thou there was mood spoiler by some grumpy old man. He was busy shutting everyone up for talking, or rather whispering. Hello, if you mind the noise THAT much, bloody hell watch it at home! Cinema isn't the thing for you, obviously.
Other than that, all was good. Fucking hell get lost, out of my life... Sighs my life. Can't believe i'm getting myself hurt again.
Okay, so ytd was an impromptu meet up with bbz. Glad she was so spontaneous in replying me to watch Liar Game. Although she didn't really enjoy it, and I paid for it but ya. I love the movie and I got happier after it :D
Shota Matsuda is frigging cute. 松田翔太! And they got onto the news today. I was then reminded why I actually went to watch Hana Dori Yango. Cause of shota! I like him more in Liar Game though, that's why I stopped watching HDY. Anyway there's this new, cute guy in Final Stage! Kento Nagayama! 永山絢斗
Yes the cute guy at the bottom right ^
Okay did I mention I reach home at 10pm ytd. And started doing random stuff until 1am. So I was pretty much like one zombie today. Yayness for TGIF.
Not to mention it was the 13th and school's circuit got tripped twice? No English Remedial in the end ^^
Hi yeom all. School seems quite lovely today. So I shall blog about it. PE was fun! Pickle ball, though I ran here and there, I love it 'cause it's fun and hopefully I lose some fats! Then I got back my results slip. Expected a 20~ So you could say I was relieved when I saw 27 for L1R5? But sad at the same time. Quite fortunate I stayed put in the middle range, means no improvements too -_-;;;;
Biology was quite funny, the two guys were being so mischievous. I couldn't help laughing when I saw them laughed. I'mma gna get those laughing abs. LOL.
Then was phototaking with ODAC after school!! Last gathering with the whole cohort. Hopefully chalet in dec holidays? Love the sec threes for the medals! Thanks so much, it was so creative of you guys. Gna miss everyone so much. Then I gave the girls a hug.
PTC was fine, it was with ms lim (: She scammed me earlier, made me stupified for a split second. Thanks for the encouragement. I'll work harder.
Mum had a good talk with ms lim, layching and even mr chan lol! Then I left with layching for town! It was such a sudden decision to watch Blood Pledge. We wanted to watch it tmr in the first place.
The movie started just in time as we reached. I could only say, it was horrifyingly fantabulous. LOVE THE SHOW SO MUCH! The story line was darn touching I want to get the dvd~~~ Yay, thanks to layching for staying put till the last part. And I've got my 2am poster ^^
Now. I'm gna try my second last lap! Please give me some motivation~
And btw, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM!! Love you and hope you become prettier and prettier each year!
Kekeke, I bought mum a cardigan. Dad bought her a Gucci wallet omg lololol!
