Didn't have time for swimming this week. Week full of work and expedition trainings! Just handled 2 days of 11-10 work back-to-back. Wooooh. Legs hurt like crap, especially the knees, and my shoulders had suffered too. Then I went for training ytd, with my monthly gift hahahaha. So I could barely survive, but I did anyway. And it felt really good, exercising and all. Expendables 2 was good too. The cinema was too cold.
