Went for a little getaway trip with the girls ^^
It has become a habit that we eat Kim Gary for a meal when we're there. It's so cheap! I mean compared to our country, with a meal at S$5-6++ and a giant cup of milk tea with grassjelly at only S$2++! Surprisingly, I bought alot more stuff than my first trip there with friends, so much that I had to worry and do some self-control before I spent my total of S$100 or more! Was really clumsy and stupid though, I fell on my knees while entering the mall after leaving a cab. Broke my toenail, lucky not my toe... I hope it recovers well.
Since we were back at City Sq in the evening again, we had problems deciding what to have for dinner. Then we spotted this HK cafe flooded with local students while we were doing our shopping there. So, it was between that or Seoul Garden, and we settled with that because SG was too much to be consumed for dinner LOL. The best thing ever was that they had Tom Yum soup base for their hotpot!!!!! I'm craving for it again now as I type this. It was really spicy though, where it will make you start sniffing. But really yummy! Ingredients were lesser than I expected, it was more of the fake-seafood but fish cakes instead of the seafood I expected. But well, it was rather worth the price, I drank the whole pot alright! Such a meal with rice and a cup of HK milk tea cost only S$4++ weeeeeeeh. Satisfying and definitely wanting to go back for more!

February didn't fail me eventually! So I ended my Year 2 with a final media pyschology presentation and media law paper.
The presentation was fine! Surprised was I by the response of the parody, apparently everyone loves it, so many kept singing along to the lyrics, many played it on repeat, but nobody told us a thing hahaha. It's amazing. Even the lecturers like it, I think haha.
It was kyu's birthday on 24th! And he came online to thank all of us and his hashtag trended worldwide once again! ;w;
Thereafter, I was trying to study hard for the paper. Failed, but it wasn't too bad, I was more hardworking than the past. Less procrastination, and I'm still learning from it! I've gotta learn to know my priorities better though, last minute work and all. At least, no regrets. All the fail-ish cafe studies, pulling of overnighters etc, were worth it. Took the paper on 25th, I thought it was okay, I hope so. Hopefully my grades can be pulled up! Then I had a good meal thereafter.
Worked for the next two days, so no legit rest day... But it was fine, because I missed my colleagues and they missed me too hehehehehehehe. They're the best! Other than dream team and all my lovelies. Joked around, chatted and all, so the days past by rather fast and fun.
So they met up ;w; Jjun visited Kyu at work sobs, and I love Kyu's shaves. AND KYU SAID SS501 MANSAE! He's really like the TS president who always reminds us about the group sobs.
What basically happened today. I had an awesome last day of February. Spent with lovely people! Went for Seoul Garden with HL to satisfy our Korean cravings 8) Omg awesome, but I won't eat it so often it's too scary to. And the ice cream was the best part! Then we walked alot!!!!! And I bought stuff. T_______________T GOTTA START SAVING UP AGAIN.
Then I met SPA peeps at Hai Bin for prawning! LOL awesome catch up session weeeeeeh, gossip gossip. And they caught quite a number of prawnssssssss. I was really tired lol, out the entire day while I still suffered from muscle aches, but it was good! Spent my day out till it turned March.
This sums up the entire February! I definitely learnt more things in life, learnt how to face life and suck it up, hopefully I've grew to be a better person, and it has to continue. So dear March, please be better to me, because I believe in you. And I hope for it to be happy, fun and fulfilling! Love ya.

Day 3
So it was the last day, this morning, I skipped breakfast because there was only coupons for two hahaha, then I could catch on my sleep! We then headed to Chatuchak Market, just travel using the BTS all the way to one end, Mo Chit. Wow the weather was, still as horrible. Too hot, too sunny. Lucky we bought some sunhats the day before hahahaha. Surprisingly, there was no crowd at the market yet, so I guess we were indeed too early... about 9-10am hahahaha! It's the best shopping place imo!

Well, so basically Chatuchak has like 28 sections. So it was like humongous!! And there are shelters for some stalls, so meaning they were indoors. There were stalls right under the sun too! So please please please, apply sunblock, prep some hats, tissues and water before heading there. So we walked around the shady areas, and I got myself a long-sleeved denim! It was 280baht but we managed to bargain a 240baht at least. There are too many items, I don't know what to mention. Printed tees, sandals and handmade gladiators, colourful skinnies and jeans, lots of inspired shoes which I wanted to get myself one pair of inspired Vans but nah, because it was like 550baht without bargain... Then there were lots of clothes at 100 baht per piece too. Friendship bands! But they were kind of expensive I think.

Ah... This is when the afternoon crowd comes in. We saw this moving vehicle which was selling drinks, and with this humid weather, I was tempted to buy a drink. And I'd tried green tea ice blended with pearls. Well, the pearls, can't expect much, it was... old and soft. But the green tea was not too bad! It was milky but still tea-ish!
Then we weren't able to finish shopping, it was already 12nn! So we went back to the hotel, rested for awhile before we checked out. Left our luggages there since our flight was at 7pm, and we went back to MBK mall! A little too many times, but everytime we went there, we found different things. This time, we went there for lunch. There's a International Food Hall at level 5, but I expected it to be quite expensive. On the way, there were a few food stalls at the departmental store, so we settled for that instead.
And that's where I had my last serving of Tom Yam in BKK! It was different, but still delicious. More of a clear fishball soup, where there's still the Tom Yam taste, but this time, it wasn't that thick! I love both, that I can't decide! I forgot the price of this, but it was 30~50baht!
So we went about the departmental store, and I bought deodorant for 99baht omg! The same one probably cost like 8SGD! I found goldddddddddd. Hehehehe. Then we went to the 5th level where the food hall was, wow, it was half-filled with Caucasians. So I guess that's where the tourists will go for their meals there. Besides that, there was also a restaurant(?) selling Thai food! Like Mango salad with Chicken etc... It was a pity, since we were really full then! Should go back and try it some day~
Headed back to Asia and got our luggage, went on a cab to the airport. There were yummy snacks at the airport as well, I loved the Tom Yam rice crackers, but guess how much a box costs? 8SGD... No way man. So yep, I'm back! The plane food was yummy as well, chicken again hehehe, with steamed rice and long beans! YAY. And I had lots of eyecandies on the return flight. There was this steward who looked like Yoseob, and a stewardess who looked extremely like Hyoyeon. Oh god ~_______~
My little loot from BKK! Will definitely return for more ^^

Rushed home from school after 5pm on Thursday! Then off to Changi at 8pm, because the flight was at 10pm. It was my first time sitting a double deck plane!!! The seats were rather comfy and spacious, there were entertainment... just lacking of pretty and handsome crew. AND I LOVE PLANE FOOD. LOL. So delicious... to me. I forgot what I had though, I think it was chicken stew with fried rice teehee. Yum yum, the dessert was quite nice too, and there was salad with huge and thick pieces of carrots lol. So raw, but I had them. Watched The Amazing Spiderman with Dad too, while sister slept lol.
Guess who I saw? Hehehehehehehehe.
Arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport at about 12 midnight. The mother told us to catch a cab at the taxi counter, so after collecting our baggage, we went out and saw the counters immediately. So first thing we asked was the price, it was a whooping 900 baht from the airport to Oakwood Residence (which was relatively near the airport) So we refused. Walked down the next counter, and that was when I realised we were asking for limousine cabs... no wonder. This time round it was also the same price, but as we walked away, they offered a 700 baht... o_O Rejected too, since mother said she paid 200++. That's when we went down to the basement to take the public cabs... it was rather scary lol, foreign country, language barrier and strangers and all... But fortunately we arrived at the apartment safely!

The room, or I should say apartment suite was beaaaaaaaautipoooool~! There was a huge living room together with the kitchen space, which we didn't get to use much since we only stayed there for 2 nights. One master bedroom with king sized bed and another guest room with a queen sized bed, with pretty and clean toilets for both! Best thing was that there was a internet cable for laptops and a wifi corner at the lobby!
Day 1
Mum had work on Friday, so the three of us went to explore Siam Square and The Platinum Mall! Didn't find much at Siam because Paragon was ... expensive lol, all the branded stuff. So we walked. And walked. And we found the four-faced buddha temple? Prayed and all. Then we walked somemore. There were street stalls everywhere, with cheap items, like denim shorts going at 30~80 baht. Jaw-dropping because that's like roughly 3SGD?!?! And we walked somemore. To our amazement we reached The Platinum Mall, which was like one BTS station away lol. Imagine how our feets were hurting, burning and swollen from the insane weather. Well, I thought Platinum was another ordinary mall, but apparently it's like air-conditioned Bugis Street! All the youngsters' clothes hahahahahaha. There was too much to look at, we eventually give up. I mean father was sitting on 1st level, sleeping and all while we tried walking the first three levels lol. Relatively cheap pricing! But the retail prices are ripped offs! So one should always go with friends and all, so when you get 2 or more pieces, the prices are cut off about a 100 baht! Then we decided to leave, and to our bewilderment lololololol, where ever that we've just walked was only Zone 3. Apparently Platinum Mall has 3 zones! HOW TO FINISH SHOPPING LIKE THAT? And all three buildings have mostly women stuff. And there's no restaurants! Because we were so famished. Lucky for the food centres at the top levels of each zone building.

So I had Tom Yum noodles! Their noodles were kind of chewy and ... i don't know how to explain but it's not the QQ noodles we usually consume lol. Fusion of beehoon and meesua maybe? And they had smaller fishballs but yummy too! The tom yam was the most awesome thing1!!! Thai Tom Yam's the best, especially when you have it in the country itself!!! So much better than the ones here. The only bad side was too much peanuts and i don't know what... spices? In the soup. Yeah. And they put beansprouts in basically every dish LOL. So if you hate it, I don't know what you can eat in BKK. Something interesting was they used coupons instead of cash for the food centres. So you have to exchange your cash for their coupons at the counters available there... somewhat like our Kopitiam. Then, they have boiling water at every stall for you to wash the utensils placed just by the side. I don't know what's the point... unless the utensils aren't washed before that. D: Well, I didn't wash mine in the boiling water lol.
Well, after we sat down and ate, we couldn't get up anymore. Because... our legs weren't legs anymore lol. Especially my sis' and I... since we had trainings before the trip. Sob sobs. So we gave up shopping and we were actually planning to go to Chinatown too! There was this really cute bowler sort of hat with cat ears that I really wanted, because I kept noticing ladies' wearing them lololol, and I got reminded of Hongki's hat. So I was on a hunt for it, so reluctant to leave before I find it! When I finally found it at one of the stalls... It was a crazy 590 baht okay!!!!!!!! Pouts. Asked dad for his opinion, he told me it was too expensive and we should leave. So we left. Near the exit, I was still scanning for the hat LOL. So stubborn and reluctant. Thank god I found another shop, with more colour choices and all! It was 490 and I managed to bargain a 450 baht teehee :3 So i carried a maroon hat back~~~ Wanted the dark green but apparently green sucks on me. Sigh.
Travelled all the way to National Stadium station, since it was the nearest to Chinatown, but by the time we got there it was like 6plus in the evening! Our legs were mad hurting OTL OTL OTL. Rested at Macdonalds lol. And we decided to postpone Chinatown trip to the next day cause we really couldn't make it hahahahahaha. Hey the Mc ice cream cone was only 7 baht! What a steal LOL. They had ice cream float for coffee/ovaltine too, at 29 baht! Small cups but worth it, only 1++SGD. So we shopped around the MBK mall there. It was one of those ordinary malls, so we walked about the first level and headed back! That night we alighted at some BTS station near Oakwood... because we saw that there's a night market available from the map. Disappointed, because all there was were a few stalls opened, selling BKK souvenirs mm hmm. But I bought a tribal bag! From 150 baht, it was reduced to 100... Only regret was to not bargain further, because later we believed that they would have sold us for 80 or something! Had street food for dinner. Chicken rice, 3 plates for only 105 baht! About 4 SGD. Was yummy. OH AND BKK'S FOOD ARE ALL IN SMALL SERVINGS HAHAHA. It was sufficient for me, but not the other two, so they shared another bowl of wonton noodles for 30 baht. It was delicious apparently, and there were many customers. P.s. The daughter of the chicken rice seller, was prettyyyyyyyyyy. Hehe, we started off having awkward stares but bade goodbye with smiles!

Yay, I had my official first getaway with friends on Sunday kekekeke. We supposedly met 9am at Kranji, but I was late (as usual) oops. Then we boarded the bus which goes straight to the customs. There were no queues, no jams or anything, it was rather surprising. And from that, I've learnt that it was faster to get in by buses compared to cars since they have the bus route. 8) So we reached City Square about 10am, and got Starbucks for our morning coffee! Then I had my monthly installment right after -______- God.
So we loitered around City Sq, and since it was the morning, some shops weren't open yet. And there's a 'bugis street' at the higher levels! Awesome, that's where we stayed the longest. Then the guy was complaining, so we decided to cab to KSL City. Before that, because our stomachs were rather hungry, we had Nando's first. The food was so-so only. But the different levels of spicy sauce were yum. The drive to KSL was only $8-10 btw!
So at KSL there were more unknown shops, yet clothes more suitable for the teens. And everything was much cheaper, so we bought quite a bit and was spinning around the mall, not wanting to leave. Walked around till about 5pm we decided we had to head back because we wanted to reach SG by 7pm initially. And we cancelled the Sentosa seafood dinner from our itinerary d'aww... But it was fine cause they gave in to me and agreed on Kim Gary kekeke. We wanted that for lunch but there was a frigging long queue and I got so sad T_T Hehe I had the same baked rice...
Ordered the yummilicious milk tea with grass jelly. That was how tall the cups were and they were 6.50 RM each!
That's how hugeass the proportions were! You could legibly swim in it hehehehe, kidding. And our meals turn out to be 16.50 ~ 17.50 RM! The only downside is never to speak in English to the staffs, they might get stressed out and scared... Lol. I'm sorry we didn't mean to scare you, Mr waiter. But I have to admit the food wasn't as delicious as I expected. It was better the first time! Still, it's worth the prices 8)
So after eating, we went back to the places we visited earlier, to purchase whatever we've not done so. I got so upset because I wanted this pair of snowflaked-pattern canvas shoes, they were kinda cheap too. But, there was only guys' sizes! Sobs, the smallest pair was a size 38, it was fine! Really, it was! Until I stood up and tried walking, they felt like flip flops. Another plain pair was 25 RM. Sobssssssssss. But it was the last pair which was also the display set! And... I don't like getting display sets. Sigh, not fated! But I did purchase a pair of flats and better quality slippers! Hurray. And of course my hairdye, which turned out to be cheaper as well... Initially I wanted to get two colors, but the other color disappeared when I went back! Probably because that color doesn't exist in SG.
So... by the time we checked the watches again, it was 8plus at night! LOL. And we rushed back to the station to head home! There was queues this time round and by the time we reached woodlands, it was already 10pm. That's the time when we feel the tiredness overwhelming us. But, well we're happy kids with our loots! Even though I was the only one who didn't have my best buy. /sadface4laifu/
It was a good experience overall :)

Yup, so another 2 weeks have passed, and sea trainings on alternate days have pretty much summed up my weeks. Of course, there'd been also land trainings. I feel so healthy! Then trainings stopped this week, and I felt all weird not having to exercise, it's like I've grown all fatty again. Then just yesterday, I went to SP's pool to swim a little hehe, just to accompany the upgraders for their swim test too. Then I shopped a little with EC. Woohoo, money flew again. ;~~~;
Something I've gained from the training one day...
And then, I met up with Charlene and SK who's just been back from Seoul!!!! Hehehe, had the chance to try the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe when there was the 1-for-1 offer. It was yummy. I love the salty taste hidden in between the sweet caramel and foamy whipped cream. Having the cravings now. Sobs.
Being the Korean people, we decided for Korean food at Kim Dae Mun(?) It was delicious yet affordable. But after having this, I had the flu the next day... Probably thanks to my ill Dad as well. Well, it was still awesome! But the kimchi was meh...
And these are the stuff SK bought from Korea for me! Great to have such a nice, kind friend who doesn't mind putting aside some luggage space and purchasing items overseas for you. Masks were so cheap in Korea OTL OTL OTL. And the skull tee wasn't initially mine but I guess it was meant to be. Hehehehehe. THANKS SK!
And yes! Because I grew so sick of my hair, even though I liked it long and curly and brown. I decided to go for a haircut just a week ago. Exactly one week. I went back to the neighbourhood salon with the familiar aunty to have my hair cut. And I got my sidecut lolololol. It might be outdated already but well, I had it for fun! And snipped off all the dead ends and my curly locks boohoo.
Loved my new hair when it was done. But now I've gotta admit, I got bored already... LOL. Plus, maybe this hairstyle doesn't really suit me that much. And I miss my longer hair, but it was getting too dry from the sea water and sunlight! So well. I'll wait for it to grow longer! Meoli meoli, come back to mummy!
Oh, and I let out some secrets to Huiling a few days back, had a good h2h chat with her late night one day. It basically went from SS501, to individual members, to Seoul, to my hair, back to SS501, and then about my lifeu. I'm glad to say I found another good friend who's willing to listen to my rants :') Plus, she's a Triple S like me! So we've lotsa common grounds and wouldn't squabble that easily
(I hope).
So I'm off from tomorrow and Sunday! Till then, I'll return shades darker and exhausted. I'll probably have fun though, I WISH! Because FT Island won their first M'Countdown award for "I Wish" yesterday. LOL, what a stupid turn. Toodles.

Spent my afternoon with pinky. Walked around bugis street for my stuff, then we sat down at Kungfu Paradise and chatted till it rained in the late afternoon.
We had like 된장 찌개, 딹&떡, 김치전, 비빔밥 and all the yummy side dishes! Nomnomz. The bibimbap was the best, with the soup. Awesome dinner with amazing company hehe. Then the sisters wanted to try some wine... It wasn't that bad. But breezers and fruit vodkas are still my favourite lol. Prolly cus the alcohol level's not that high. This was about 13%?
Ending off with a picture of us! Enjoyed the company of these girls.

My day summarised with a picture of my food plate at Carnivore buffet today.
I like the veggies more than the meat. Watched Dictator thereafter. Was mad funny lol, all the dirty jokes. Are we giving birth to a male, or is it abortion? Lmao. Then I got deemed as a girl who's not innocent. ._.
