Left Korean class earlier on Friday for camp. I was feeling a little unwell then already :( Was quite worried I couldn't enjoy the camp at all... It had been a really hectic week at school. We made our way to Labrador about 7.30. Took the last bus since my group was group 6! The bus driver was a little too blur for our comfort... He didn't know the exact way to get to Labrador...
After all these minor cock up, we managed to reach the campsite, but at a later time than expected.
Started the competitive games for the night, and I was in-charge for the
Tag! game. Explained the game's instruction and rules 3 times, but I was glad everyone seemed like they had fun, except for a little concern that it was turning a little too violent thanks to the male campers...
During the games, the groups had their chance to design their own flags too, according to their group name. When I received my group's flag, I felt so proud lol. They really put in utmost effort in designing it, it's so gorgeous!
After that, we proceeded for supper, their wash up and debrief. Sighs, really envy them lol, we had to wait till everyone settled down then we had our OC debrief. It was like 12~2am then. Sobs... I was really feeling tired. Then we had to make amendments to Amazing Race and to add clues to their flags. All the major cock ups lol. Felt quite defeated, but I knew I wasn't alone lol. Finally settled down on the armchair at about 3am, tried sleeping while sitting up, but to no avail T__________T I kept waking up like every 5 minutes or so, especially when the night sets in, mosquitoes just kept attacking me. I fucking hate mosquitoes!!!!! Fuck them all. Sighs. Then I "officially" woke up at 5am for sentry duty lol. Finished up the clues for Amazing Race during my duty, then headed for shower which I didn't had that night. So technically, I totally, did not sleep at all! ;__________;

Everything was rather smooth as we explained the
Amazing Race and did safety briefing and got our Land ICs to conduct a little warm up haha. Then I followed my group throughout the whole AR. It was fun! I got to know
ARES members a lot better throughout the whole journey hahaha. Although I was being a little bitchy since I was the game conductor. Forfeits are fun to watch! I'm sure they had fun doing them too lololol. And we did quite a bit of running! Was lagging at the back but at least I was exercising. Hmm, it was really a delightful sight to see our campers slowly bond as one kekeke. Until the last station where they decided to "revenge". We had them do a forfeit by using their butts to form the word
"Adventurers ARES". Smart campers decided that the last extra four letters should be done by us, their GLs. So being "on", we did it upon their request muahahaha. Then we had lunch at Poly Marina and discussed a lot about the campfire performance as a group. My campers were really the cooperative few ;~; I appreciate that alot. Especially because there were an overwhelming number of boys, it was kind of surprising that they were willing to share and provide innovative ideas for the performance. At least they put in a lot of effort ^^
Then I had to leave to conduct games :((( It sucked because my mood was dampened by tonnes!!!!!!! The first group at my station made me felt quite demoralised lol. Well, they were kind of bitchy and I got pissed off and upset. Lucky for the seniors, they helped me set up some new games for the latter 2 groups lol, which I told the GLs to conduct because I was ... just... I have no idea. I felt like I fucked up the whole thing lol. But it's fine, I tried my best! Haha ARES came to my station and it got a little dry. I had the losing team do a forfeit for the winning one, and they had to dance
Chekchekgolek(?) As they started, I did it along with them, and the winning team was doing it too! It caught me by surprise lol. Then when it ended, I asked them. Why did we all end up doing the forfeit together? My smart campers replied me,
"Because all for one, one for all!" LOL. SO PROUD OF MY KIDS!!!!!
Then I joined my group when everything ended and we headed back to the campsite. It was rest time and I was feeling extremely tired already, since I didn't sleep the night before! Then it was field cooking for the campers! ARES was really nice, some of them offered me the food, but seeing that it wasn't enough for them already, I only ate a fishball LOL. And yep, that was all for the rest of my night.
YEP THIS WAS THE BEST PART! Okay maybe not yet. Because after dinner, we had a little free time for final practices. ARES was so fast and furious, we cleaned everything in minutes! So proud of them hehe. Then we headed to the hall where they practised and taught me what they've choreographed earlier. LOL. I was really amazed! We had
our opening and ending cheers done in the afternoon, then I left them. And now they've came out with 2 other dances to add on! So the whole concept was to pair with an opposite gender, and we had to dance to
"Call me maybe", and another song which I've forgot the name. LOL. But it was really tough for me hahahahahahahaha. Dancing is my weakness!
Campfire was really awesome! I'd never been so crazy anywhere anytime, until that very night hehehehe. Our performance went really smoothly. Then there was a mini game session, where the GL and a camper had to do mirror images, and ARES lost. So there was forfeit.
BEING ARES, OUR CAMPERS WANTED TO GO UP AND DO THE FORFEIT TOGETHER LOL. So everyone was surprised that the whole group stood up. Until we told them our motto. Slowly, every other groups started to join us lol. Wow, am I proud of my team? EVERY SINGLE CAMPER JOINED US SUCH THAT THERE WAS NO MORE AUDIENCE FOR FORFEIT ANYMORE. LOL. In the end they just played all kinds of music, especially clubbing/techno songs and everyone danced as a whole. Machiam clubbing seriously. Everyone was jumping, dancing and just sweating it out, screaming at the top of our lungs. Wow that was some awesome atmosphere lol. If whatever is not successful, this would be the most successful part of the camp! Campers really enjoyed themselves here!
I just knocked out that night after shower, at about 3am and slept till 5.30am to help the FOOD ICs with breakkie. There was storm the whole night and I shivered in my sleep, in the armchair lol. From what I know, people tried calling me up to sleep somewhere else, because it's really not that comfy sleeping on an armchair. But I wasn't responding. No, I didn't hear anyone at all. Yep, tired was me.
Don't want to talk about the games as well. It was fucked up again :( Not as bad because I had the logistic team with me that day, unlike the 2nd day where I was alone... But I felt so bad because they seem to be doing everything. And there I was, looking like a lost, useless bitch. Sigh. Maybe I really wasn't the cut-out for such stuff. Lol and the pressure I was giving myself. That's why I hate handling crowds. Mmm.
Clean up was the part where no one was looking forward to. But we finished it! And proceeded to the hall to watch the final video montage for the campers! Then, it was photo-taking session hehehe. Camp was coming to an end, but everyone could be seen so much closer to one another.
Smiles on everyone's faces. It was a great sight to see.
Mm hmm, and SPA FOC 12/13 officially ended. Exhausted we were, but we felt an accomplishment seeing that the campers had enjoyed themselves quite a fair bit. It was a pleasant feedback for us. And lastly,
I miss ARES. T^T
Hey I just met you and this is crazy, but here's my number so call me maybe?

3D2N were awesome with Elbrus!
Day I:
I was worried on Friday night after my Korean lesson ended. Because I headed to meet my new friends on my own, and was wondering it would turn out bad ): It turned out I was in a group named Elbrus! So I joined the rest of my groupmates for bonding session. Started out with self-introduction and I introduced myself as Happy Huimin lmfao lmfao. Tbh, I don't really enjoy such games trololol.... the cliche ice-breakers. Um then we had to form our team cheer, which was awesome.
It went like,
Elbrus fight, Elbrus kill.
Elbrus gonna fight and kill!
Fight kill, fight kill, fight kill~
Fight kill... Fight kill!
Elbrus love... fight kill you!
There was the cheese pie version too hahahahahahahaha. Fucking hilarious. I love my team ever since. So enthusiastic and humorous. There was also team skipping, tug-o-war and stuffs like that. After that, we got to our classrooms which we shared with the guys and another group. Washed up and headed for sleeping bag! Awesome, I quickly got close with the rest of the girls in my group as well as two other guys who waited for us to wash up ^^ The only bad part was I woke up in the middle of the night feeling too cold, I couldn't fall back to sleep T_T So I shifted away lmao!!
Day II: Apparently I had a good night rest, because it was the first time I could sleep around 1 plus at night and wake up at 8plus in the morning for a freaking camp! It was the only camp I didn't feel like I just stepped out of my coffin etc. We had campbell and bread for breakfast. Then we started amazing race! We went to the rockclimbing wall for our first station. Omfg you wouldn't believe it, it was my first time climbing to the top of a rockwall. I fucking actually did it, whatdafuck yoz. Well I climbed halfway and felt tired already so I wanted to give up. I keep telling them "I can't continue already!" Perhaps they didn't hear me T_T So this girl was asking if I need a rest, I replied yes. So I hung in air for awhile, which was so embarrassing. Because some guy was sporting me at the bottom, I think he could see my arse already hahahahahha, poor dude. Okay so I tried my best and managed to reach the top woohoo! Abseiling wasn't that enjoyable, because it was only a short distance D:
Later on we had captain's ball, which I didn't really enjoy too because I rarely touched the ball. Well but it's the company that counts. Um then we headed to fairprice for ingredients for our dinner! Yep, lugged allllll the ingredients to WCP/Poly Marina. We had a little more station games before we started our field cooking and I didn't eat that night -_______- Then it was Gala Night where Elbrus performed Xi Shua Shua! So fun lol my group super enthusiastic, so I can't help but be hyper too! Well it was more of a Pr0n night to be honest hahahaha. But I had lotsa laughter. Slept later this night because we had little chats with the GLs.
Day III: Pancakes and ovaltine for breakfast! Then our first activity was boating. Elbrus was split into two boats. Wow, it was a cool, bumpy ride. Exhilarating. Like what one of my GLs said, it was better than rollercoaster lmfao! I want a boat driving license too ): But I don't think I'll have the time. Sadly to say, the kayaking activity was too short sighs. I was expecting more out of it! But we only did capsizing and I requested to kayak a little more hehe, pulling one of the GLs along with us. Then we played some games before I left earlier for home!
I love my group. Really ^^

Me was late today.
Stoned at the GO with the people.
Then we were told to gather in the canteen.
It was the kids recess, so we had mass dance!!
Flashmob they call it, lmao.
So we danced Tik Tok hehehehe.
So fun, i just anyhow chapalan.
Then I met with my kids, followed them for photo taking session.
Aww how much I hated taking photos when i was younger.
Quite okay now.

Love the way this photo was taken.Uh huh, got scolded on the way down for being too rowdy.
Hey mister, he spoke to me in a stern tone but when there were adults, he was so soft and caring speaking.
Why, am I not a young adult?
I'm hurt~
Then we camwhore while waiting for the kids to be dismissed hehe.

Lovely sunlight.
Dingdongggggg.
I went to find them in the class eventually, cuz some of them didn't know i was waiting in the canteen!

Wow I love my adorable kids hehehehehe.
See you guys soon okay<3

In the first place,
reaaaaaaaally wanted to give up.But it was so extremely awesome!
120111Abrupt meeting with my class, 101, since I arrived late.
Thennnnnnnn, the first day was all about station games for the secones.
Well, the class was naughty but manageable.
Love the girls and their enthusiasm!
Really needed their help and cooperation.
That night, I only really slept for 30mins or lesser.
Was still ill, so it was tough sleeping in my sleeping bag ToT.
So day 2,
130111, more station games.
Had to scream alot more today.
I had to lead the class alone, see never depend on others. Grrrrr.
Felt sorry for the class about obstacle courses cause it rained halfway.
All we did was moved from station to station and the whole event was eventually cancelled!
That was the fun event yknow D:
Well, then we had Campfire!
So proud of 101 with their amazing skit.
Done well, acted really well, presented well. I'm proud.
Glad they had fun acting too!
Chatted with a few girls, recognised my primary school junior!
Then we sent them home for the night to rest.
Aww man, I missed them.
Some of them even asked if i would be there the next day.
That night, I knocked out immediately after i laid down.
Fantastic sleep, shiok.
140111Last day with the kids.
They had etiquette talks and learning how to tie their ties session.
101 was great, even the guys were exceptionally good and cooperative today.
We had the mass dance together which was wonderful, everyone was FINALLY dancing along.
Everyone was enjoying the dance.
I think that's the best part of the camp.
(Y)
Ended the camp with ice creams.
Took a few pictures with the girls, and bade goodbye.
All in all, I love the class i took.
101's da best~!
